CARE is an acronym that signifies the six values with two Cs (Customer & Client Centricity and Collaborative Spirit), one each of A (Ownership & Accountability) and R (Reliability & Integrity) and two Es (Entrepreneurship Mindset and Commitment to Excellence). This framework embodies the set of behaviours that drives success for us and supports our strategic execution.
